HOW TO BOOK
1. CHECK PRICES AND BOOK ON-LINE
You can check our package prices and book on-line via our Secure Server.
By clicking the 'VIEW ALL PACKAGES' button on the left, you can view full details of each package.
We only need a deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 28 days before arrival.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and do not charge any commission or booking fees.
1. SEND US AN ENQUIRY
Use the 'ANY QUESTIONS' button, to send us details of your numbers, date of arrival and requirements.
2. OUR REPLY
We will send you an email reply within 24 hours, which will provide details of your booking, together with costings of hotel and anything else you have requested. Also included, will be details of how to pay your deposit, via credit/debit card or cheque.
3. ANY QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATION?
You can email us, or ask us to call you to discuss any questions you may have prior to booking.
4. PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT
If your stay is more than 28 days away, then we only need a £10 per person deposit for a one night stay,
a £20 deposit per person for a two night stay or
£30 per person for a three night stay, to secure your booking.
The deposit is non-refundable, so make sure that everyone in your party understands that if they cancel,
they will lose their deposit. If your stay is within the next 28 days, then we will need payment in full to secure your booking. Again, once we have received payment, no refunds can be offered. You can pay your deposit by credit or debit card. You can pay on-line via our Secure server with your card.
5. DEPOSIT CONFIRMATION
Once your deposit payment is processed, we will send out a deposit confirmation, which will provide details of your hotel, and any other tickets or activities that you have booked.
6. BALANCE PAYMENT
Your balance is due 28 days before your arrival date. We will send out a reminder 7 days before your balance
is due. Again you can pay via debit/credit card or cheque. Cheques must be received 3 working days prior to your payment due date, to ensure that the cheque clears by your due date.
You will then receive your final confirmation, which includes all tickets/passes and directions to the hotel.
Any people cancelling more than 28 days before arrival will lose their deposit. Any cancellations less than 28 days before arrival will be liable for the total amount of the booking.
